Mechaphoton delivered complete design, programming, and project management of the Archive installation at the seismique museum in Houston, Texas.

The archive is a representation of the inside of a data storage system. 

custom built LED matrix cubes represent the partitions and structure of the system. 

Users interact with the hand tracking LED display built into the podium to browse through various pieces of "data"

certain LED cubes are attached to linear axes and can be moved by the user, this represents data transfer. 

the podium is split into two levels for accessibility.
