Luxate

Luxate was a hybrid AV installation and Performance presented by Datagrama and Mechaphoton for Aurora festival dallas 2015.

the work revolved using video projectors to modulate beams of light with precise digital control in reaction to audio and human body movement.

I worked with Joao to determine compelling interactions between the beams and music/dancer and then implemented those as TOPs in touchdesigner, I used the animation COMP to move between scenes and key-frame variables inside each scene. this allowed me to mix the best of real time and sequenced.
